WHERE ARE 94.70 PRODUCTS MADE?
94.70 products are entirely made in Italy; more precisely in the Riviera del Brenta near Venice in the Veneto region.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE AND THE SHIPPING COSTS?
It is possible to choose between a standard or priority shipping but only if it does not provide for delivery in Italy for which the shipping is
standard. Shipping to Italy is free, while the cost of shipping abroad appears in the cart before making the payment.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Orders are processed within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. To these are added the shipping times from the moment we entrust the package to the courier:

Service availability and transit times may depending on the origin and destination postcode and the type of goods.
CAN I TRACK THE ORDER?
It is possible to track the order using the tracking number that will be automatically generated and provided by the courier at the time of the pick up.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
The forms of payment accepted are credit card (visa, mastercard, american express) and paypal.
It is not possible to make a payment by bank transfer.
If your payment is declined, you should contact your bank for assistance.
Attention we accept only one payment method per order.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OF THE VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
At the moment we do not have the possibility to provide VAT refunds for purchases made in our e-commerce.
WHAT CAN I DO IF AN ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
If the item you want is no longer available, you can contact us via our format or send a booking request email to [email protected].
Alternatively, you can request when it will be available again by entering your email after clicking on the availability request button that appears when a product is out of stock.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
It is possible to return the goods by following the regulations of the right of returns contained in our general conditions of sale.
CAN AN ORDER BE MODIFIED OR CANCELED?
It is possible to edit or delate your order only if the order has not already been processed, if the invoice has not been issued and if the goods have not already been shipped.
However, you can return an item according to our returns policy (you can find it in the general conditions of sale).
CAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BE CHANGED?
It is possible to change the delivery address only if the order has not already been processed, if the invoice has not been issued and if the goods have not already been shipped.
IS REGISTRATION ON THE SITE MANDATORY TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
It is not mandatory to have a registered account on the site to make a purchase; however, it is still necessary to enter personal data for shipping and issuing transport and invoice documents
